SMS terms (text messaging program)
- Program. Knack sends text messages to people who have opted in, for example by checking the text message consent box on our contact form or by agreeing when they become a customer. Messages relate to your inquiry or account: replies to your questions, appointment scheduling and reminders, project updates, service and billing notices, and support.
- Consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You can use our services without agreeing to receive texts.
- Message frequency varies based on your inquiry or account activity.
- Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
- Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed and then no further texts unless you opt in again. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE.
- Help. Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us through our contact page.
- Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy. We do not share mobile numbers or text messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
